Falcon
Falcon is 7kms south of Mandurah town centre, the suburb of Falcon is a narrow land strip between the ocean and the estuary. It is an area of very strong capital growth recently. Traditionally has appealed to city buyers.
The Bassett-Scarfe name was a prime mover in the original development and selling of Falcon in the 1950’s. It is the longest established office in the area and manage nearly 300 properties in the area of Falcon alone. Noted for it’s magnificent waterways including the Dawesville Cut.
