As such, with our extensive range of properties, you’re pretty much assured that we’ll have a rental property to suit your requirements and budget.
How to Book Your Holiday Accommodation
All properties are listed with detailed descriptions and photos on the website or alternatively contact the Holiday Accommodation department at Bassett-Scarfe Realty who would be pleased to assist you with a suitable home for your stay in Mandurah.
An application form is required to process your booking, followed by payment of bond & rental monies in due course.
Paying For Your Holiday
Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit, or by credit card. (Credit cards incur a fee of 2%)
Tariff Periods And Minimum Stays
Please note that depending on the tariff period there is minimum number of nights stay at the properties. The details as follows:
- Peak
- Minimum stay of 7 nights over Christmas & New Year
Minimum stay of 4 nights over Easter
Summer, Spring & Autumn School holidays
All public holidays
Peak begins 1st December.- 1st March - Long Weekends:
- Minimum stay is 3nights
Peak Rate applies - Off Peak
- Minimum stay is 2 nights unless indicated on the property card
July school holidays
All dates outside the peak season
Bond
The bond is set by the Agent on our website or the reservation form. The bond is due immediately once your application has been accepted. Bond inspections are carried out and your bond will be returned to you within 7 - 14 working days of you departing the premises.
If the booking is cancelled by yourself in writing with thirty (30) prior to the date of check-in, all monies paid will be refunded. Should you cancel your booking without providing thirty (30) days notice prior to the date of check-in, the owner of the property reserves the right to claim the total amount paid by you, as a cancellation fee. If no rent monies are received and a bond has been paid to secure the deposit, you will be invoiced and asked to forward payment for outstanding rent regardless of cancellation, unless we can re-let the property to the full extent of the rental term cancelled.
ADDITIONAL POINTS OF INTEREST
Check in/out
The Holiday Home you have booked will be ready for occupation after 2pm on the day of commencement of the holiday. Keys can be collected form our office at 6 Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah between the hours of 2pm – 5pm. We would ask that you vacate your holiday home by 10.00am on the date of vacating your holiday.
Charges for these services are included in the tariffs quoted unless otherwise stated in the description of the property.
The Telephone
In most cases the telephone will not connected to the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the properties should these condition be disregarded, the bond will automatically be forfeited.
Bathtowels And Linen
Sheets and bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are not supplied in our properties.
Stereos, Radios, Television, Videos & Dvds
In many cases Bassett Scarfe Realty properties have one or more of these facilities as indicated in the descriptions of the properties.
Pets
Pet friendly homes are noted on individual holiday property listings.
Cleaning
Due to the limited time available between bookings we must insist that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your holiday. This condition is clearly stated under booking terms and conditions. In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy Bassett Scarfe Realty will bill the guest for cleaning.
Group Size
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE NUMBER OF HOUSE GUESTS AT THE PROPERTY EXCEED THE NUMBER WHICH IS STIPULATED ON THE RESERVATION FORM, should this condition be disregarded, the bond will automatically be forfeited and accommodation will be terminated immediately. The guest is liable for all and any costs incurred to restore the condition of the property.
