REIWA has released its profile of Highest Growth Regional Centres in WA, and Mandurah suburbs continue to perform well in the overall market, with the southern suburb of Wannanup ranked third with a growth percentage of 8.7%; whilst north side, Madora Bay has come in at seventh overall with a growth of 3.3% in the last quarter. (Figures taken from settled prices in the last quarter).
Located between Falcon and the Dawesville Cut, the Mandurah suburb of Wannanup offers purchasers a choice of ocean or estuary living.
Beach side, the Port Bouvard / Wannanup entry is 10 minutes south of Central Mandurah, just past Falcon and before the Dawesville Cut.
